This thing probably won’t find its way into too many homes, as I am guessing the powerdomeVELVET will be sold almost exclusively to professional plane’arium operations, but if you were to have a big domed room in your house and enough disposable income to balance the trade deficit of a small country – then it is possible (though with the current state of the economy – I am not sure if it is). It packs some punch, 2,500,000:1 is unheard of, and DLP/BrilliantColor will project what I am told is near perfect black and I am really looking forward to seeing some stills of what this can produce.
