There are no real shocks when it comes to requirements for running GTAIV on a PC - with the exception of the 18GB hard disk space that you are going to have to give up, everything else is pretty standard for high-end games of this day and age. Specs after the jump.

Your system should have the following resources available:

Processor: Dual core processor (Intel Pentium D or better)
RAM: 2GB
Hard Drive: 18GB free hard disk space
Video Card: 512MB Direct3D 10 compatible video card or Direct3D 9 card compatible with Shader
Drive: DVD-ROM dual-layer drive

So my system ought to run the game a treat, but something tells me that the days of PC gaming dominance are fast drawing to an end. It is time for me to get another console. The official release date is November 18 and I don’t know if I can wait that long. [GTAIV via Kotaku]
