I tried to get answers from Amazon but could not. I called the next person on Schlage's Where to buy list, GoKeyless.com. When it came to keyless locks they seem to know what they are talking about. Not happy with the monthly fee but I will live with it. There is other keyless locks if you dont want to pay the fee. I bought this lock on online after researching on consumer Schlage Website.
