I like the idea of a transportable bench like the Barrowbench, but the jaded cynic in me is resigned to accept that if it can be easily moved it will be easily stolen and thus your home will soon be devoid of the comfort of your garden seat. Still, it is a very nice idea that Dutch designer Rogier Martens has had and I do see a market for it. And if you put it in your backyard, it will be less likely to go missing.
