As people get older, it is often the case that their grip strength starts to diminish. On top of that there are all kinds of nasty degenerative joint conditions that complicate matters even more. It can be fired using only your thumb and it does look surprisingly easy to grip. Unfortunately, there is a bit of a let down for serious gun enthusiasts in that it only holds a single round.
