Club Watt is a dutch nightclub that is experimenting with a dance floor that harvests energy from the party people upon it. While the power-generating dance floor won’t generate all of the club’s energy needs, in fact it only powers a light show that is designed to show that the floor is generating power, but it is very cool idea nonetheless.

Club Watt takes the environmentally friendly club badge quite seriously. Aside from the party-powered light show, the club also makes use of rainwater-fed toilets, low waste bars and harvests some of its heat from amplifiers and musical equipment.
