Now here is an Apple pie that the folks at Cupertino could dig into. Evil Mad Scientist Laboratories claim to have raised the bar on this one and we have to concur, a laser-cut Apple logo on an apple that looks a culinary treat as well as a visual one. The lattice pattern was used in order to give the logo some structural integrity and to keep it from crumbling around the edges.

What do you think, should Steve Jobs send them some free iPods for this display of gratuitous fanboyism? Should he send me one for suggesting such an excellent idea? The answer to both questions is yes.
