NASA astronaut Don Pettit saw fit to ensure that the weightless environment of space no longer poses major problem for those that want to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. He designed a cup in the shape of an aircraft wing, that causes the liquid to climb predictably up the side of the cup when it is tilted to a certain angle. The effect is that the coffee rises up the side of the cup and pours itself slowly into your mouth, presumably a nice change to sucking it out of a bag. [Core77]
