Google Chrome has at least one major issue in the privacy department, and that is the Unique ID that Google gives each installation, thereby associating you with it and removing any hope that you had of anonymous surfing; the price you pay for using a browser designed by an advertising giant. UnChrome is the latest free software offering to do the job and worth checking out if you have privacy concerns or simply have an issue with Google having this kind of information harvesting potential. [UnChrome via Download Squad, Life Hacker]
