		<description>The big issue here is going to be the same as that of any stove top coffee device - the actual temp of the water as it hits the coffee. I have a feeling that it will not extract the best taste from the coffee unless the grind is set perfectly. I also wonder - if water is trickling through the coffee without great pressure or a great tempreature - will you taste any of the high end parts of your coffee beans (the sweets, fruits, honeys, floral) - It would be great to play with one, see what it can do!</description>
