In what is a major disappointment for those that were hoping for an inexpensive Google phone, the Kogan Agora Android release has been postponed indefinitely. The move that presumably followed a meeting with Google, with Ruslan Kogan pulled out of the launch citing that it needed to be redesigned in order “to ensure its compatibility with all future Android applications.”

According to Kogan:

One potential issue is that developers may create applications for the Android operating system at a higher resolution and screen size than the Agora provides in its current form.

Full refunds are being offered to anyone that has already bought the device. [The Age]
