Point-and-shoot cameras are not really news these days, but the Sony Cybershot G3 has mixed up the game a little bit. Sony has included Wireless LAN and a web browser, that will allow users to connect to their favorite photo or video sharing sites directly from their cameras from any access point. They have also thrown in access to AT&T Wi-fi hotspots until Jan 31, 2012. Which, pretty much gives users free use anywhere in the United States.

Other than the on-board web capability, the Sony Cybershot G3 is much like any other point and shoot from this generation. It has a 10-megapixel censor, Intelligent Scene Recognition feature with Face Detection technology and 4GB of onboard storage, which can be extended with a memory stick.
Price: $500 [Gizmodo via New Launches]
