The recumbent exercise bike is design to give a good but comfortable cardiovascular workout without any of the wasted effort of a regular exercise bike. While I cannot attest to the benefits or effectiveness of this machine, looking at the design, I can admit to being more than a little intrigued at the possibility of setting one of these under a desk and doing some recumbent exercise while getting some work done.

Most people use these exercise gadgets for a short period of time and then they end up in their closets. Take a walk, or a run. Doesn’t require any equipment except some good sneakers.
