Omas Limited Edition Moon Landing Pen

There are probably cheaper ways to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the moon landing, but if you are Bill Gates or that guy who invented Doom, then you might as well do it with style.

Italian pen maker Omas, has launched the “One Small Step” line, which is crafted out of white gold and features 3D drawings of the footsteps of Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin.

There are only 21 fountain pens and 7 roller balls up for grabs, which is a good thing because there are probably only 28 people in the world that are prepared to blow $49,000 on a pen in today’s economy. [NPMagazine via Born Rich]
