I am sorry, but the Bang & Olufsen BeoTime looks ridiculous. Perhaps it is on account of me having bad taste, but I suspect that’s only part of the reason.
It’s an alarm clock that looks a little bit like a flute that has the ability to control your B&O sound equipment and it comes with a big, B&O price tag as well.

For the money B&O wants for this device I could spend it on a LCD TV that has a built in sleep timer! No real need for this wierd B&O gadget that turns off my B&O equipment. My B&O BS 9000 already has a timer “built in” that will shut it off at a preset sleep time. If B&O really wanted to design a “Clock Radio” with uber cool looks that would be very desirable sitting on my night stand, not this flutie looking auto-sleep-remote with LCD modules stuck to the top. B&O seems to have lost the ability to innovate new and useful products.
