Digital Telescopic Spy Camera Makes Watching From Afar a Whole Lot Cheaper

I keep drawing blanks when I try to run over legitimate-use scenarios for the Avatar digital camera. It is a cheap digital camera with a really long 21x zoom lens attached. It is good for shooting slow moving things from really far away, so far that they are unlikely to notice you.

The Avatar packs a puny 2MP sensor and 1GB of internal storage. It can also be used to shoot 640×480 video at 25fps and functions as a media player.

Price: $228 (I am guessing that sleazy private investigators and long raincoat crowd can afford that).
