If you have an Eee PC and want to extend the puny range of it’s onboard wireless without spending a ridiculous amount of money, the guys at Pauldotcom Security Weekly have found a way, and the folks at iHacked have posted a fantastic tutorial.

This will, of course, totally void your warranty – but if you haven’t poked around beneath the hood of a laptop, it is a great opportunity to polish your skills and to create a clandestine Wi-Fi sniping surfing machine to boot.
