The Micro Bluetooth Spy Earpiece is a Bluetooth earpiece that is designed to sit inside the user’s ear canal. It can sync with a cellphone and allows only the wearer to hear the sound that is transmitted; kind of like having a real voice in your head.

It sounds scary on a number of levels. While the manufacturer assures customers that the earpiece can easily be removed via really strong magnets; I am not sure that I want a device transmitting signals from within my head; and I am exactly the sort of person that would lose the super-strong magnet and end up having the thing stuck there while I waited for another one to arrive in the post.
