Why would you want to spend an assload of money on a wallet that looks like it fell from the ugly tree and hit every branch on its way down? The folks at iWallet think that the carbon fiber and Kevlar construction, coupled with a fingerprint scanner and a cell phone proximity alarm for good measure just might sway a few people, I think they might be right.
Actually, it is the latter feature that would be most useful for a serial wallet/cellphone misplacer like myself. When the wallet is separated from a Bluetooth capable cell phone by a distance of 15-30 feet, an alarm sounds.
Price: $600 for the carbon fiber and Kevlar model or $300 for the same thing in fiberglass. [iWallet via Gizmodo, Oh Gizmo]
