321 Water Bottle Offers a Clever Way Around Bottled Water

I’ve got to admit that I get a little twinge of guilt whenever I buy bottled water; but sometimes it is a necessary evil – particularly at my work where the water tastes like crap. The 321 water bottle aims to change things. It incorporates a plunger-mounted carbon filter that you push through the water to suck out toxins, remove chlorine and all of that.

Big deal you say, there are plenty of water bottles that offer filters. What sets the 321 water bottle apart is that it actively filters the water – with a very small refrigerator footprint; which makes it a lot more suitable for the types of places that would likely be put to use.

The rub, it is a prototype; but it is one that looks fairly likely to come into production provided there is enough interest in the product. The folks behind the 321 water bottle will set the wheels in motion if they get 10,000 pre-orders.
