When all is said and done, punching bags and sofas have a fair bit in common: they are both padded and both are sometimes struck to relieve frustration. So it sort of makes sense to make a sofa that doubles as a punching bag – even if it costs more, you save on space.

It was created for Italian furniture company Campeggi for display in the Milan Design show, which means there is a good chance that you won’t be kicking the crap out of a sofa punching bag anytime soon – and in the event that this does actually get made there is every possibility that it will be really, really expensive.
