Reflective Socks and Gloves For Cyclists

Up until about four years ago I went everywhere that I needed to go by bike. It was great exercise but when the streets got dark things got scary on more occasions than I care to recount. Basically it boils down to this: the majority of road users are idiots – seriously, if you aren’t shining a light in their face they won’t know that you are there. These gloves and socks from SUCK UK feature reflective patches to make you a little bit more visible to motorists. Obviously they are not an absolute solution, but they are a start and it is good that more companies are starting to think about stuff like this.
