A Good Example of Why You Should Never Blindly Follow Your GPS

A truck driver in Somerset, England was led astray by his GPS – so what did he do? He decided that the best course of action would be to cut through an alleyway so that he could get onto a bigger road. The problem: the alleyway was about the same width as his truck… hilarity ensued.

It took 24 hours to free him and his truck from the tight alleyway – a 300-year-old house was damaged in the rescue. The moral of the story: trust your instincts not the navigation system – if you don’t you might end up like this guy.
