Matt and Asia, the couple that you see in the image above and in the gallery below just enjoyed tying the knot in what is definitely the geekiest theme wedding that we have seen in a long, long time.

The pair met at church, where Matt fell for Asia’s dancing – but things apparently started to get serious when they attended MineCon together. As far as weddings go, I think Doug Stanhope said it best when he quipped:

Weddings are like having to watch two people make out on a bus all day, only now you have to dress up, bring gifts and pretend you’re not bored and disgusted.

But anyway, I digress, what they did is kind of cool and just in case you thought they blew a whole lot of money on a bunch of decorations that they would only use once – they didn’t. The decor came by way of the folks at MineCon, who were kind enough to lend them all of the props that they needed for their Minecraft themed love fest and to give them the Minecraft Jones Soda.
