Listen, Gramps, I don’t mean to play favorites, but I was a PC person almost exclusively until a few years ago, and then I came over to the darkside and haven’t looked back since. I’m in a 2 iPhone, 2 iPod, MacBook Pro, iPad type of marriage, and things couldn’t be better when it comes to our various digital devices. During my conversion, I found the circumcision to be easy, but the transfer of files from my PC to my Mac was a pain in my Kosher tush. With the Switch to Mac device, things could have been much easier. The device is a cable and software combo that plugs into the cool side and the not so cool side creating a data transferring bridge of sorts. It requires no software activation, works right out of the box, and at 480Mb/s the transfer won’t be a day long commitment. The device recognizes a bevy of different languages, comes with a 150 cm long cable, and can be purchased here for $22. Welcome to 2010.
