Wi-Fi-enabled BBQ Controller Lets You Remotely Control Your Smoker [uberkitchen]

Barbecuing is fun and everything but there are aspects of it that can be something of a chore. The CyberQ Wi-Fi has the potential to make things a lot easier by automating the process of heat management.

The CyberQ WiFi lets you control your grill or smoker via a smartphone app or website. It monitors and regulates the temperature by way of sensors and a fan. Not having to be on hand to check and maintain the temperature would make things a lot easier for big cuts of meat that can take hours and hours to cook – and should make it easier to achieve consistent results.

This obviously isn’t for everybody, $295 is a lot to spend on a fancy temperature controller, but if you’ve got the money to spend and take your slow-cooked meats a little too seriously then it may be worth a second look.
