4chan Brings Justice to Lettuce Stomping Burger King Employee

4chan’s long history of prankery and scallywag behavior didn’t earn the above pictured Burger King any sympathy from the Anonymous legion.

The worker posted a picture of himself standing in a couple of tubs of lettuce on the imageboard along with a caption that read, “This is the lettuce you eat at Burger King.” It is not clear if he was trolling, or looking for laughs – but perhaps he should have considered the possibility that at least some of the people that were viewing his picture eat at Burger King from time to time. Given this possibility, he probably should have thought to wipe the EXIF data – he didn’t, and geotagging was enabled.

To cut a long story short, the poster was tracked down to his restaurant at 1475 Worton Boulevard, Mayfield Heights, Ohio; a local newspaper, Cleveland Scene, notified the branch; and three people got a well-deserved firing.
