It’s no secret that most of us suffer from some level of anxiety. So like most issues- there’s an app for that. Presenting S.A.M. (aka Self help Anxiety Management….wait isn’t that SHAM? But that means…oh forget it)- A free app for iPhone and Android that helps you get a hold of yourself when you feel a panic attack coming on.
Developed at the University of West England, the app gives users self-help techniques when they feel those butterflies’ wings start a flappin in their tummies. You can also montior your anxiety levels, and share anonymous advice with other users (that should be interesting/entertaining). And if that doesn’t work, there’s always Xanax.
