I don’t know if it will ever see the light of day as an actual product, but if you are an interior designer looking to re-decorate the interior of a science museum, the “molecule-esque” style of the Livina would be a wise choice. Thanks to British designer Jake Phipps, the formal hat may make an appearance on more than just the heads of quirky rock stars. • The Pizza Cobra: What Is It?

  Believe it or not, what you are looking at is actually a lamp designed by Ron Arad. The flexible design allows the Pizza Cobra to be bent into a variety of shapes which, at times, can resemble a pizza or a cobra. Makes sense to me.   While this Wind Up Lamp concept from designer Yuko Taguchi may seem like a good idea, my feeling is that it could end up adding an unnecessary stress factor to your everyday activities. • Solarise Lampshade Illuminates The London Skyline
