I must confess that mood lighting in bathtubs is not my thing, but with revelations that paraffin based cancels might cause cancer, it could be a good idea.

Aside from the lights, it is designed to use 60% less bathwater of similarly sized tubs. It does this thanks to a shallow grade. I just can’t see past those lights, and this song keeps coming to mind. [Coolest Gadgets]

Flavoring beef jerky with guarana is a great way to add caffeine to it without simply saying that you are adding caffeine to it. Which brings us to the next problem, beef jerky with caffeine. It seems a little silly, but it is probably healthier than sucking on energy drinks all day, so bon appetit.

This probably doesn’t need a disclaimer because the possibility of the Jackass crowd getting their hands on a Sukhoi Su-35UB prototype is small enough to render the warning redundant.

In what just might be the craziest stunt performed for entertainment’s sake, producers of upcoming B-grade action flick Kerosene Cowboys paid the co-pilot was paid to eject from the fighter at mach 2.

The pilot also did an experiment while he was up there:

Rubik’s Cubewich Looks Awesome, If Not Appetizing

While the Rubik’s Cubewich is undeniably an awesome piece of food art, there is at least one ingredient in it that does not look all that appetizing.

The “Rubix Cubewich” contains “cubes of pastrami, kielbasa, pork fat, salami, and two types of cheddar.

Pork fat, presumably uncooked, does not sound like something that I want to be ingesting anytime soon. [Serious Eats via Geekologie]
