It has been a long time coming, but it is finally here, Skype will be available for download from the App store from tomorrow (Tuesday). It has unfortunately been confirmed that the proprietary control chip that Apple has built into the new Shuffle headphones will incur a license fee from vendors that wish to make third-party headphones. This move ensures that that anyone who is dissatisfied with the quality of Apple branded headphones will have to pay a little bit extra to ensure that 1 Infinite Loop, Cupertino gets its piece of the action.
