The Goal Watcher, a concept design, looks like a tape measure but it’s a soccer fanatics (like myself) dream. Along the tape are sensors that monitor when a ball passes within 2.4 meters above the tape. If it senses that a ball has passed it “shines up a makes a classic goal sound.”
