There are a lot of iPod docking stations out there, but those devices actually “do something” - and I can’t tell you how boring that is. Gimme a iPod station that doesn’t do a damn thing anyday.
Actually, the Load Thing is more of a decorative basket that stylishly cradles your iPod, cellphone, DS, etc while it is being charged.
It looks as though the Load Thing would do a decent job of getting devices and their cords out of the way, and it does have a pretty cool look. You can even customize it with one of three color inserts.
