Many people like normal mouses which are easy to use/grab and have that old-school design, sadly the new Samsung mouse called Ultra Slim Mouse 8.0 doesn’t look that way:
To start with, it is very small – only 8mm thick. Secondly, it has a wheel that scrolls horizontally (?) instead of vertically like it “always†happens. Last but not least, it has 5 buttons, which is an excessive number when comparing to the previously described mouse style.
On the other hand, if you go for the look instead of functionality, the Ultra Slim Mouse can be considered a very good item. It is powered by USB and there are 4 colors available: pink, white, black, and silver.

I don’t know why would someone ever spend more than $50 on a normal computer mouse, but in this case the price is so high because the device contains 59 diamonds of 18 carat-white-gold. The design on the mouse can change and you have a couple of options:
- Create a design yourself and the Swiss folks of “Pat Says Now“ will try to reproduce it by using diamond initials
- Diamond Flower Design
- Scattered Diamond Design
The other normal features that all the mouses have are also included on this diamond one, such as:
- Modern 3-button Wheel Mouse
- Connection USB with PS/2 (for PC and Mac)
- 800dpi resolution
Price: $24,000

It is not easy to come up with a really original mouse design, so when I saw these adorable (?) good looking mouses for sale I thought how bad they must be on the ergonomics area.
The left and right buttons look too big, the handling doesn’t look any better and I won’t mention the scroll-wheel. But that doesn’t matter with these mouses because they go after design, shape, concept and colors to make a difference from the rest of the more technical mouses that already have a saturated market.
Each USB mouse has a specific theme – Frog, Panda, Tiger – and feature a 300dpi resolution. There should be a Mouse Pad for each specific theme, but unfortunately it seems that there is only a Frog Mousepad in stock.
Price: $15
