If you can’t sing but can play an instrument really well then you might consider doing what SingStar does and sticking your instrument of choice up in front of the mic and letting rip. The RockBand score comes from the pitch, tone and timing of the “voice” not from the actual words, so if you are able to produce those then you should be able to pull off a good score, which in her case was 98%.

The one thing that sucks about games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band is the amount of plastic peripherals that one tends to accumulate just to play them; which makes the idea of a retractable guitar controller a very good one.

Microsoft’s new wireless mic for the X360 is designed with Rock Band et al. in mind. The base of the mic lights up, other than that it is a fairly standard gaming microphone. A $50 mic could be the cheapest way to erode family relations and upset the neighbors yet.
Normally I am not one for companies using dead celebrities to do their dirty marketing work, but as a showcase of the late Bruce Lee’s abilities, both of these videos totally rock.
