Zamboni Rounds the Rink in 60-Seconds

The Zamboni watch is a somewhat sports-geeky way of discreetly expressing your love for the game of ice hockey. The Zamboni is situated on the second hand of this kitsch, yet somewhat tasteful timepiece, with the face of the watch being the rink.

Ostentatious and Overblown, the Parmigiani Bugatti Faubourg Watch

The typical watch with a house-sized price tag looks pretty cool, but I have to say that the Parmigiani Bugatti Faubourg really doesn’t do it for me. It is a massive chunk of heavy metal to be wearing on your wrist that quite frankly doesn’t hold a candle to the other $233,900 watches on the market. Check out the full range of functions. (more…)

Star Wars Clone Wars Watch, Not For Me, Maybe for You

While I don’t see myself running out to buy a Star Wars Clone Wars watch, I can foresee the possibility that a few of the more geeky Star Wars fan boys will be running out to do so. If you feel the need to decorate your wrist with Clone Wars merchandise, this “timepiece” may be the thing for you, though if you ask me, if it isn’t the original Star Wars movie, or Empire or Jedi, then it ain’t Star Wars; but the watch is 3D and does come with sound effects, so it is a tough call.

Price: About $16 [Forbidden Planet via Fashionably Geek]
